While we are on the subject…..

McCain has 2 Pastor’s, one from a San Antonio Mega-Church by the name of John Hagee, and his spiritual advisor Rod Parsley. Things to note:

Hagee- ‘all Muslim’s have a scriptural mandate to kill all Christians and Jews.’ In his book, Jerusalem Countdown, in which he expanded the first theater of operations for his coming world war to include Russia. This nuclear war, according to Hagee, would eventually end with the second coming of Christ. This was all said while McCain stood next to him, receiving his endorsement for President. Another statement he said while McCain stood by was ‘Allah is not ‘our’ God, and a warning that ‘without victory [in Iraq and perhaps Iran], there is no survival.’ McCain then grabbed his hand and they had their picture taken.

Hagee also refers to our catholic brothers and sisters as ‘The Great Whore of Revelation 17’ and the ‘Fake Cult System’, and ‘Apostate Church’ and like Islam, an anti-Christ institution.

On New Orleans, Hagee claims ‘New Orleans has a level of sin that was offensive to God.’ They were ‘recipients of the judgement of God.’

McCain does state he doesn’t agree with everything Hagee says, he does say ‘all I can tell you is that I am very proud to have Pastor John Hagee’s support.’

I find it 10 times more humiliating that this man claims to represent my God. And the whore is truly McCain, obviously attempting to gain support from a lunatic whose very large congregation is spoon fed lies and they gobble it up. McCain makes the right choice, Hagee’s congregants will do what he says and they are a large group in Texas (a very important place to get votes). What a shame.

Rod Parsley- Standing side by side with McCain at a campaign rally- ‘America’s purpose is to destroy Islam.’ And in his book Silent No More, Columbus founded our country to destroy Islam, a false religion. Therefore, we must follow Chris’ lead. This is of course for those who believe this is a right and just action and that Christopher Columbus founded America. Therefore, our national heritage is based on hate. Please somebody put that on a bumper sticker for ’08. Parsley believes this war must start at home. A religious war we could lose due to the 34,000 converts to Muslim since 9/11 and 1209 mosques that have recently started up. Parsley claims we are failing as a ‘Christian Nation’.

It seems to me these guys should stay out of the public eye, no legit contender for the office is going to claim any of what Hagee, Parsley, or Jeremiah Wright says.

As Christians we should be motivating the church to move forward, not hope that the office will be filled by a Christian and he will do our holy bidding. It’s not our political party who should care for the orphans and widows, its for us the bridegroom of Christ.

For now, we have clowns misrepresenting us, our God, and probably being misrepresented some themselves.
